About me

Hi, I’m Tolu — I help turn complex ideas into products and stories that actually make sense to people. I’ve worked across healthcare, B2B, and consumer markets, launching products, shaping go-to-market strategies, and helping teams grow. For me, the fun part isn’t just building a strategy — it’s seeing that strategy come alive when customers get it, adopt it, and stick with it. At the core, my approach is simple: find the insight, turn it into strategy, and turn that strategy into real results. I like moving between the big picture and the details — connecting vision to execution, and making sure the work doesn’t just look good on paper but actually delivers.

At J&J MedTech, I lead product and commercial strategy for the hip reconstruction portfolio in Canada. I’m responsible for launching new systems, enabling go-to-market teams, and driving surgeon adoption in a complex B2B clinical environment. My work bridges global product strategy with local execution — aligning stakeholders across sales, marketing, education, and supply chain to deliver results in a high-accountability setting.

Metafold (Deep Tech Startup – Early Stage)

I partnered with the founders of a 3D infrastructure startup to shape early product positioning, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market readiness. My focus was translating highly technical capabilities into a narrative that resonated with enterprise buyers, helping lay the foundation for scalable outreach and product clarity at a critical growth stage.

I supported growth planning and campaign design at Ontop, a global employment platform scaling across multiple markets. I helped refine value propositions, align messaging with customer segments, and advise on strategic plays to improve acquisition and retention.
