The Bloom POS Mobile app is designed for Pharmacy Counter Assistants and is available for Android devices running version 8 or higher. It includes the POS, sales history, and inventory management feature, allowing users to make a sale, view their sales history, and access their inventory as they would on the web application. The app can be used offline, giving it a unique positioning in markets where power outages are common.
Bloom is mPharma’s proprietary pharmacy management software that supports pharmacies in inventory control, sales tracking, and facilitating patient programs like MyMutti. The platform integrates POS functionality, analytics tools, and mobile support to streamline operations.
My Role
I crafted product messaging, feature descriptions, and user communication for Bloom—including web, mobile app, and internal documentation.

What I Delivered
- Core messaging for Bloom: clear articulation of benefits—consistent pricing network-wide, inventory syncing, and e-commerce integration.
- Developed feature pages: Bloom web dashboard, mobile POS for offline environments, inventory management, sales history.
- Authored case-driven narratives on new analytics add-on “Facility Insights,” explaining how pharmacies can use data-driven insights to optimize sales, stock, and retention.
- Wrote marketing assets: launch announcements, internal onboarding decks, staff training guides, and FAQ documentation.
Outcomes & Wins
- Bloom became central to pharmacy digitization—with real-time retail support via mobile POS in low-power settings.
- Facility Insights empowered pharmacy owners to make informed decisions with analytics, improving transparency and profitability.
