To differentiate, it required a data-driven strategy emphasizing inbound growth, buyer personas, and measurable ROI.

  • Conducted market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and SWOT analysis.
  • Defined target segments and buyer personas across SMBs, mid-market agencies, and enterprise BPOs.
