HealthPlus aimed to digitize and modernize its customer experience by launching an e-pharmacy (an online pharmacy service). This digital shift was designed to improve accessibility, streamline medication ordering, and support virtual consultations—aligning with broader trends in e-commerce and telehealth, especially in African markets undergoing rapid digital transformation.
My Role
- Led product content strategy, UX copy, and launch communication.
- Collaborated closely with UX designers, pharmacists, and digital marketing to craft messaging, feature explanations, and user flow documentation.
What I Delivered
- Developed clear, patient-centric web copy explaining order processes, delivery options, and pharmacy fulfillment protocols.
- Authored onboarding guides and FAQs to reduce friction in user adoption (e.g., “How it works,” “Where’s my order?”).
- Designed key email sequences: order confirmations, delivery notifications, and prescription reminders.
- Created marketing collaterals for launch: website banners, social media cards, app store descriptions, and press release text.
