mutti doctor is a virtual doctor office service offered through mutti pharmacies. My role was to create the service launch plan, demand generation plan, program branding, and program materials, as well as oversee customer satisfaction. Develop and execute the product launch and expansion plans for Mutti Doctor telemedicine service, including the opening of 120 Mutti Doctor offices. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop and execute the product launch plan, which included demand generation strategies, program branding, and program materials. I also oversaw customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt and high-quality services were provided to patients. The product launch was a success, resulting in the opening of 120 Mutti Doctor offices and the documented visit of over 100,000 patients in the first year of operations. This exceeded our initial expectations and helped establish Mutti Doctor as a leader in telemedicine services in the region.
